This page includes all important information for our wedding guests in advance of our big day.

Our wedding will be formal wear.

Feel free to dress up in your best suits or formal dresses.

As it’s a summer wedding, choose something you’ll feel comfortable and elegant in throughout the day.

Botleys Mansion is located just outside Chertsey. It's easily accessible via the UK road and rail network.

Guests are invited to arrive from 1pm to enjoy a welcome drink. 

We ask that you please arrive no later than 1:30pm so you have time to settle in before the ceremony begins.

We can’t wait to greet you and share this special day together.

Our Ceremony will begin at 2pm sharp, with guests to be seated from 1:45pm. 

Unplugged Ceremony

We kindly ask that you keep your phones and cameras switched off and tucked away during our ceremony.

We’d love for you to be fully present with us in this special moment.

Thank you for understanding and for celebrating with us.

Our photographer and videographer will be on hand to capture the ceremony.

Our venue has let us know that taxis can be a bit tricky to find on a Friday night.

We recommend pre-booking your taxi ahead of the day to make sure you get home smoothly.

The bar will close at midnight, and our venue has kindly asked that guests depart by 12:30am.
